ORDERS AND SHIPPING:

 

ELORE endeavours to have all products packaged and ready to dispatch within five working days on receipt of your order.

 

  • All orders shipped to UK residencies will not incur a delivery charge.
  • All orders shipped to EU residencies will not incur a delivery charge.
  • All orders shipped outside of the U.K. and EU will not incur a delivery charge.
  • All products are sent using a track and signed service where applicable. Please note that not all international countries are applicable for a track and signed service, in addition we will send the item via tracked service.

 

RETURNS, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

 

Returns Policy

 

All products purchased on the ELORE website may be returned to us within 14 days after the day from which your product(s) come into your physical possession. Please inform us of your intention to return products prior to doing so by emailing us on info@elore.co.uk

 

All products purchased on our online store may be returned to us within the following time frame at your own risk. Any items returned after the time frame will not be eligible for a refund.

We strongly advise our customers to ensure that they’re within the time frame provided before returning items as we will not take any responsibility for products returned after the 14 day period.

Please make sure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one parcel to ensure that you receive your refund or exchange as soon as possible.

Returned goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent and must have their original packaging. We will not accept, refund or exchange any items that have been worn or damaged.

 

Refunds

 

If you desire to withdraw from your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs.

We may however withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back. Once your returned products have been checked and inspected, you will receive a refund e-mail notification. Your refund will be paid back to the bank account you have provided.

Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. You can always check your refund status on your online account or by contacting your card issuer. In order to get a full refund it is important that we receive the product(s) in the same condition as you received them.

 

Exchanges

 

All items have a time limit of 14 days to be returned and must be placed back in its original packaging to ensure full eligibility for an exchange, your 14 day period starts from the date your item is received to you. Any items returned after the time limit will not be eligible for exchange.

We strongly advise our customers to ensure that they’re within the time frame provided before returning items for exchange as we will not take any responsibility for items sent back after the 14 day period and you may send it back with nothing in return.

You may exchange your order if:

 

  • Your ELORE product is received damaged or faulty. Please be sure to place the item back in all it’s original packaging.

 

  • If you’re unhappy with your purchase and the item is not damaged or faulty then please return the item within 14 days in its original packaging and we will offer you an exchange once the item has been received and fully inspected.

 

Please be aware that if the item is not placed in its original packaging you may not be eligible for an exchange.

 

Damages and faults

 

All products are fully inspected for damages and faults prior to being dispatched.

Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the carton and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment.

It’s normal for the carton to show some wear, however, if the damage is significant and has damaged your ordered product then we kindly ask you to contact us (via email or telephone number provided) immediately.

If you contact us via telephone, please have your order number, item number or name and tracking number (all this information is included in your shipment confirmation e-mail) along with your e-mail address and phone number at hand. If you contact us via email please provide the above information in your email.

We will do our best to refund your purchase amount or exchange the product as soon as we receive the returned item. The decision to do either will depend on your request after receiving your order.
